Hi, I'm Anissa
Founder of Love Wins Collective® and creator of The MOJO Method®, I help leaders strengthen capacity and build cultures that hold under pressure.
When my husband Gregg died suddenly at 44, everything I understood about leadership and resilience was tested. Leading through profound loss reshaped how I define aligned, resilient, and sustainable leadership.
What I discovered is simple: leadership built on love, clarity, and courage endures.
Today, I partner with high-responsibility leaders navigating growth, reinvention, and complexity. Through executive coaching, fractional advisory roles, and keynotes, I help leaders rise with resilience and build regenerative, high-trust cultures that endure.
